Collins is lead author of The Unavoidable Opportunity: Investing in the Growing Market for Climate Resilience Solutions  which highlights the growing investment case for climate resilience. GARI's 2024 flagship report was published in partnership with the MSCI Institute, The Lightsmith Group, Bezos Earth Fund and ClimateWorks Foundation. 

Collins co-authored this framework for investing in climate solutions published in March 2024 by GARI in collaboration with The Lightsmith Group and in partnership with Bezos Earth Fund and ClimateWorks Foundation. 

Collins contributed to this guide for private equity and venture capital investors published by British International Investment (BII) in 2024. 

Collins was a working group member for this study published by BFA Global, UNIDO and CIFAR Alliance (Climate Innovation for Adaptation and Resilience Alliance) in 2023 through her role as strategic advisor to GARI. 

Collins is lead author of this paper released at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP27) in Egypt by GARI. The State of Climate Adaptation and Resilience Investment: Where We Are, Current Investor Views and Paths Forward  looks at the global progress on understanding physical climate risk and resilience, assesses the developing market for investors, studies feedback from stakeholder surveys and discussions, and brings forth a set of recommendations and potential paths forward for resilience investments. 

Collins was a lead author of Investor Briefing on Physical Climate Risks and Resilience released in 2019 at the United Nations Climate Conference COP25 in Madrid, Spain. 

Collins was a contributing author to the GARI 2017 Investor Guide to climate risk released during the One Planet Summit in Paris in December 2017. Lead authors were Jay Koh, Founder of the Lightsmith Group; Emilie Mazzacurati, Founder of Four Twenty Seven, Inc.; and Chiara Trabacchi, PhD at IDB Invest.
